"The Hilton is a great hotel, but my experience with the staff disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were several issues that came up and there was no consistency. I was unaware there were renovations going on at the hotel, maybe it was posted somewhere but I missed it. I only noticed renovations when I got up to my room on the 4th floor.
